I’ve been a big fan of Carla Bozulich‘s work for a long time. Not Ethyl Meatplow (although apparently you had to see them live to get it) but definitely The Geraldine Fibbers, Evangelista and her solo stuff.
She’s got a new album out on Constellation in March called Boy (there’s a track on Panic & Carousels #28) and it’s brilliant. Ahead of that, The Wire got her to write one of their Epiphany pages. It’s the best I’ve read, easily…
